The Brass Tacks Foundry is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent entrepreneurs and young professionals by offering tailored coaching, mentorship, and training programs that respect and leverage their unique neurotypes, thinking, and learning styles.

OUR HISTORY
who needs THE STATUS QUO?
In 2015, our founder, Keisha Whaley, decided to challenge her industry. Up until then, she was always the only Black female creative in the company, regardless of where she worked. It was a bit frustrating, though there was something interesting about being unique in a sea of sameness. But as she expanded her network, she heard the stories of systemic inequities in opportunity across all of advertising, marketing, and PR. What was a mild frustration quickly grew to an untenable level.
