MEET KEISHA

Who I thought I was:

I grew up in Norman, OK, but never really felt at home. Throughout my life, no matter where I’ve lived or worked, I always felt like an “other.” Unsure of how to navigate that, I developed coping skills like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the belief that I was only as good as what I could do.

This meant some significant accomplishments and some really significant challenges. And because my self-image was wrapped up in the idea of perfection, the challenges were always louder.

Who I know I am:

Turns out, I had undiagnosed ADHD. No wonder I felt like an “other.” My brain wasn’t built for the environments I was in.

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like had I known sooner, but you know what? Everything I’ve experienced brought me to where I am today. And what’s more… I absolutely love what I do!

Oh, oh! And! I love who I am! (Which isn’t easy for a neurodiverse person to say.)

ENOUGH ABOUT ME.
I WANT TO MEET YOU!

How can we work together?

COACHING

As your coach, it’s my job to be your champion, accountability partner, and sounding board. If you feel stuck in your own head and aren’t sure how to put dreams into action, let’s start here!

MENTORSHIP

Maybe you’re looking for a bit more guidance or want to hear from my experience to avoid some of the pitfalls. As your mentor, I’ll be your advocate and advisor to get through the barriers in your way.

TRAINING

Have creative aspirations, but aren’t sure where to start? Maybe you’re already working in a creative space, but need some additional skills. I love training people in graphic design, copywriting, and brand strategy!

OUR HISTORY

who needs THE STATUS QUO?

In 2015, our founder, Keisha Whaley, decided to challenge her industry. Up until then, she was always the only Black female creative in the company, regardless of where she worked. It was a bit frustrating, though there was something interesting about being unique in a sea of sameness. But as she expanded her network, she heard the stories of systemic inequities in opportunity across all of advertising, marketing, and PR. What was a mild frustration quickly grew to an untenable level.
